Friendly people at front desk and valet, great service there. Stars restaurant is good, but, won’t make you say wow. If you have a need for a roll out bed for children, ensure it arrive promptly and turndown service isn’t after 8 PM with kids. Issues addressed before departure with no follow up.

The staff was excellent and attentive. We had the most wonderful long weekend. We enjoyed the Toast, took a sail with Captain Conner, enjoyed multiple fabulous meals, had Shawn chauffeur us to town and back one evening for dinner, learned knot tying from Mike, sat outside by the fire, went to the spa, and enjoyed a bike ride to town, watched the sunrise and the moon rise of the harvest moon! Lovely and relaxing in every way. Thanks to Sara in the spa and Heather at the desk for all the extra attention! Cannot wait to return.

The Inn is old, but well kept. A few upgrades in the bathrooms and trim are needed. Service is 5 star, location is excellent, dining was worth the money. Have been there several times over the last 15 years and will definitely return again.

The Inn has a cozy setting on the river with lovely views. The bar was very active with great drink selection . Our dinner entrees were fabulous. Our room was very large with a private balcony. The Inn definitely sp I ils you with service and comfort and is in walking distance from the center of St. Micheals.

We always love having lunch on the terrace, but we're forced indoors due to weather recently. Sadly, the menu options seemed to shrink, and the three different entrees we chose did not live up to the past offerings. We will no doubt return and hope it's better next time!

While we didn't visit the property long. This 5-star review is primarily being given based on how Claudio, the GM, and Ryan at the front desk handled the tough situation we were in, which was much appreciated considering the circumstances. The grounds of this property are beautiful, the food was great, and the one bedroom suite we were staying in was really nice. Under different circumstances, we really would have enjoyed our time at this property.

Top notch. First rate. Friendly service. Kind, helpful, smiling, polite, thoughtful people to assist you with anything at any time. The pool was the biggest draw; the pool food and beverage staff were beyond fantastic, and the entire property is beautiful
